  I ordered 3 boxes of business cards online. And one box just was not up to par. Luckily I didn't need them right away. But that is not what this is about I gave them 5stars for how the situation was handled. The problem was addressed. I as a customer was not made to feel like I was a bother. The manager Grimm got involved right away and was equally concerned and the recovery was more than excellent. A+++ for good customer service.

  This place let me ship my box through UPS I didn't realize they did that until somebody told me it was helpful not to have to travel so far but I had to wait a while to be helped
