  My husband, our friend and I enjoyed 6 wonderful years with this management company and their apartments, until we bought our first home in December. If I ever had to rent again, the Boulevard would be my very first choice. Jan in the office is always super sweet and the maintenance team is unparalleled in customer service. The apartment are very nice and the area is quiet. If there's ever an issue, it was always handled prompt and courteously. I will miss this place that I called my home for so many years, but will always recommend it to anyone looking to move into the area. Thank you Boulevard!
