  I called on a Saturday because we had a tire on our New Holland skid steer blow. They had the tire I needed in stock but they closed in 15 minutes. I live 15 minutes away. I quickly loaded the kids in the car and was only one exit away on I-75 at 3:00 when they close, so I called to tell them I was less than 5 minutes away and they said "Sorry we are closing the gate" I explained that we needed the skid steer on a jobsite Monday morning at 7am, but they would not wait 5 minutes for me to get there. We have spent quite a bit of money having our skid steer repaired there in the past and had just ordered parts the week before and they still would not give me 5 minutes of their time. Where is the customer service?
